ABOUT THE AGENCY
ADDD Photography (1a3d Photography) is a long-standing photography services company based in Switzerland. Co-owned and co-managed by Kate & Roger Bachmann, husband and wife, the company established itself a reliable partner on the Swiss market, having successfully served its clients in various photography fields, such as wedding, lifestyle, corporate & interior photography.

In February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. Millions of Ukrainians had to flee from war seeking safety and living their homes, family and friends behind. Amongst such Ukrainians, there is a number of talented young photographers who came to Switzerland. Thankful for the support provided by both the Swiss government and the people, they are willing to give back to the society by doing what they can do best - capturing memories for people. We, as a company, made a decision to provide our knowledge, skills and network to the Ukrainian photographers in order to support them in leveraging their professional skills in a new country.

HOW WE SUPPORT UKRAINIAN PHOTOGRAPHERS
As an agency and formerly the main providers of the photography services in Switzerland, we help Ukrainian photographers to acquire clients in a new for them country where they have to build up their business from scratch. Besides, although being amazing at their job, they often struggle with language skills and navigating bureaucratic processes. We take over administrative part of the photographer's job, as well as run advertisement for them for the purposes of acquiring clients. Additionally, we provide required couching to the photographers that work with us to enable them to start working comfortably on the Swiss market as quickly as possible.

Our photographers are mainly moms with small kids and young girls who had to leave their families in Ukraine and urgently require income in order to finance their life in Switzerland as well as support their families back home.
